Gay Friendly Apartments, Playa del Ingles

Close to the gay scene in Playa del Ingles and the Yumbo Centre, these sensation holiday apartments are situated in Avenida de Tirajana in Playa del Ingles which is 30 minutes by taxi from Las Palmas airport (25 euros) and is ideally situated with the Yumbo Centre less than 2 minutes walk away and the beach only a 10 minute walk. Maspalomas sands, the infamous dunes for the gay and nudist beaches are only a little further but worth the journey where you can stop and have ice cream or a drink in the Rui Palace before you walk across the dunes. On your way back use the Rui Palace as a landmark.

Apartments Iguazu 1 & 2, are set back in blocks, standing in spacious grounds and are suited for couples. Each apartment block has its own large swimming pool and the convenience of the nearby shops, restaurants and bars of the Yumbo and Cita centres and of course the gay nightlife of the Yumbo Centre.

This accommodation comprises a spacious lounge with television, a DVD player and CD player included. A well equipped kitchen including a kettle, microwave and a toaster, iron and ironingboard.The easterly facing balcony provides the full morning sun. Through seperating doors off the lounge there are two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a full size bath, shower, WC and washbasin. There is even an automatic washing machine. We respect your privacy and only have our cleaner visiting you if there is a problem, or if you are staying more than a week for a towel and sheet change.

Getting there
Flights are not included in the accommodation costs and will, on average, cost around £130 return, (the same for both 7 and 14 day breaks).

Subject to availability we can hold your apartment bookings for 24 hrs whilst you book your flights using one of the many online agents or through your local High Street travel agent.

Alternatively, email your required dates to Jackie Wells at flights@apartmentsyumbo.com and she will arrange your flights for you. There is no additional charge for this service. But if flights are booked, the booking agent must be paid immediately. However, to help you cash flow the accommodation needs to be paid for only 8 weeks prior to departure.

Apartment Tanife, set in its own sensation landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool. The apartments overlook the garden and face west. It is a respect able 5 minutes walk to the Yumbo centre.

The apartment is just 100 mtrs up the road from Iguazu and thus is still within easy walking distance of all facilities especially the gay scene of the Yumbo Centre. These apartments are fitted out to exacting standards with one double bedroom, lounge/dining area with windows which open up to westerly views over the gardens and pool area.

The kitchen has a full size hob and oven, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. In the bathroom there is a WC, washbasin and small bath/shower enclosure. All apartments have washing machines.
